Hi…I am from Trinidad and I was proposed to about 8months before the wedding and I had no idea what type of dress I wanted.  I was confused and terribly pressured by everyone to ‘take this one’ and ‘take that one’ and ‘what dress are you wearing?’…sheeesh…I was hopeless until my dad said ‘you know you have a cousin working in Mary’s bridals…why not check them on the internet?’ I was amazed at the wonderful, stylish, suit-anyone’s-style type of dresses and the hairpieces…WOW….lovely…anyway to cut my story….I finally chose one Dress of the Month-November 2006 and I was married November 18th 2007. I emailed my measurements and the dress was a wonderful fit…I got everything I asked for….thank you Mary’s and my cousin Beverly…thank you…thank you…check out the pic J

Dear Mary's,
I just want to say thank you so much for creating such a beautiful dress. It was perfect, it truly made my day that much more special. I received so many compliments!!! And I felt so good in my dress, that I never wanted to take it off. It fit me perfect, it was truly meant to be. My husband and I got married on September 30, 2007. I wanted a modern sheek wedding, and this dress was exactly that. It had both class and elegance. Again, thank you so much for this dress. I felt beautiful on my wedding day and this dress was a dream come true.

Sincerely,
Kristin Taner

Dear Mary's Bridal,

My husband and I were married on August 20, 2006 and are celebrating our one-year anniversary this weekend.
Today, while I was reflecting our wedding day, found myself on your website looking at your beautiful, new dress designs. I was so happy with my wedding dress and I want to share my wedding photo with you and your customers.
John and I were married at a small chapel (Little White Church on a Hill) near Galena, Illinois.

I wanted a "Cinderella" dress that didn't have a train (because of the intimate and small chapel). I searched for months in disappointment. Then, one day I was searching on the internet and saw your beautiful Quinceañera dresses! These were just want I had been searching for! I had difficult time finding the dresses in wedding stores. Though the stores carried the "Mary's" brand, they did not carry the Quinceañera dresses. When I finally found Quinceañera's Boutique in Waukegan, the difficulty wasn't finding a dress that I liked, but which one I liked the best! I was in "Mary's Quinceañero Dress Heaven!"
My wedding dress ended up being #S052889 from your Informals Collection. I felt like a princess in your dress! Thank you for the beautiful dress and for contributing to the magic of our special day!

I purchased a Mary's Bridal Wedding gown for my wedding and LOVED it!!!  So many of my guests have commented on what a beautiful dress I had and how it was the perfect dress for my figure!!  I searched for months and months to find the perfect dress- I saw this one in a magazine and knew it was the one without even trying it on!  Thank you so much for designing this dress- it truly made my special day perfect!! I wish I could wear it over and over again, if you are ever looking for a model to advertise this dress please let me know- I would love to wear it again!
Thank you,
Jackie Bennecke

My husband Tino and I were married on April 14, 2007 in Colorado City, Texas. I dated Tino for 8 years, ever since I was a freshman  in high school. He proposed in March 07 and we both wanted to get it over with.  So I literally had a month to plan the wedding.  My mother, mother-in-law, and I made a quick trip to Rios Bridal in Abilene, and luckily the first dress I tried on, fit perfect which was the  #F06 2371,  I LOVED THE DRESS. So I took it home that same day. Everything else was down hill, and I had an unforgettable wedding.  Thank you so much!!
Sincerely,
Raquel & Tino Silva

Dear Mary's,
I just wanted to thank you guys so much! My husband Josh and I were married on June 23, 2007. I never felt more like a princess than when I stepped out of the dressing room and Josh first saw me in my beautiful wedding gown. I received so many compliments on my dress! I had found your website a few months before my wedding while frantically searching for a designer that fit my taste. I immediately fell in love with the P.C. Mary's designs and began tracking down a retailer. Then one night my mom and I saw "The Dress" on your site. We ordered it the next day in Gulfport, MS.
I had the dress altered to take off the sleeves (seeing as Southern weddings in June are hot with or without air conditioning!) and had one of the sleeves made into a ring-pillow for the wedding.
I will forever treasure my wedding gown, and now have it heir loomed for future use by a beloved daughter (God-willing!) who may want a "princess dress" for her wedding too!

Dear Marys Bridal
My name is Michelle and I married my husband David on September 8th 2007 at a beautiful 13th century church in Salisbury, England. I've never been a very girly girl, so shopping for my special dress was a strange process for me! I knew instantly the moment I tried on my gown #SO52884 that this was the one, there were many ladies shopping in the store that day and they all stopped and gasped when I stepped out of the changing room, so can you imagine what my family and guests said when they saw me?! Everyone commented on what a beautiful and unusual design it was and I never realized how much I would need the accompanying purse, a brilliant idea. Our wedding budget was pretty tight, so finding my dream dress at such a reasonable price was so exciting. Thank you Mary's Bridal, for making me look and feel like a queen on my very special day.
Yours sincerely
Mrs. Michelle Cable

Hi, my name is Mary and I made a Quinceanera for my daughter on August 11, 2007. It was really hard for me for her to pick a dress because she is a very picky girl. But when she saw this one she fell immediately in love with it and said "this is the one i want, and i am not changing my mind about it". So then we asked the bridal shop if they had one in this color and they said no but we have one that is the same but in a different color. So she asked if she could try it, and it fit wonderful. She loved the color of it too but said it's not the color i want i hope they have it in pink. So sure enough the lady said yes the catalog does have it in the color you want it. After that we immediately order it and well we had a great turn out in remarks about the dress. Everyone loved it and asked we did we get it. Of course we do tell them where we got it. I hope this brings more girls to buy there dresses from you cause i know i will. I still have 2 more quinceaneras to do, so i know i will be ordering them from your catalog.
Thank you Mary's Bridal for making the best quinceaneras dresses and for making my daughter look so beautiful in one of them.
Sincerely,
   Mary

Dear Mary’s Bridal:

I wanted a beautiful quinceañera dress for my first daughter, and I got it from the Fairy Tale Princess Collection S075733 blush/silver, she looked as a real princess, really sweet and special.

Thank you for such beautiful design,

Ana De La Cruz

Thanks so much for giving me the wedding gown of my dreams at an incredible price! I had so many compliments on my fabulous dress! My husband Russell and I were married on March 31, 2007 on a beautiful spring day. I had tried on so many gowns from many different designers.  I had decided that I was not going to let price rule the gown I picked out for the most important day of my life! I did not look at any of the price tags while I was trying on the dresses. So when I tried on style # FO26143 in the Couture Collection I had no idea of the price but I knew from the very moment it was my dress! What a wonderful surprise to learn how reasonable the price was compared to much simpler and plainer dresses! What a true bargain! People thought I had paid thousands as this dress is so lavished in detail with pearls and lace! Our guests said I looked like a famous movie star in my gown! I was looking for that WOW ! factor and I definitely got it with this dress! Thanks again for making my Princess Wedding Day come true! I am now happily married to my Prince Charming!

Dear Mary's,

Sherry in Austin, TX

celebrated a very special day on July 15, 2006 my Quinceañero.I celebrated my mass at All Souls Parish in Springfield, MA and my party at The Knights of Colombus in Chicopee, MA. It was a wonderful day fill with family and friends. My blessing at the church and my awesome party. I was beautiful with my red dress from Mary's bridal. The color red it is unusual in the Quinceañero celebration but I am also an unusual teenager. Red is my favorite color and I knew my dress had to express my taste. I opened the Mary's catalog and I picked my red dress and the lady from Sweet Dreams Bridal loved my choice of dress because it was something different. The day it came in I felt in love with my dress all over again. I spend the whole night with my dress, dancing the night away with all my friends and family that travel from Salinas ,Puerto Rico and from Paterson New Jersey.I had a great time thanks to my parents and family members and specially to Mary's Bridal for my gorgeous red dress. This is a day that will stay with me forever...

My Husband Sean and I were married in Michigan on Sep. 30, 2006. We currently live in Ireland, so I only had one short weekend at home with my mom to shop for my dress. Luckily, the first one I tried on was this beautiful Mary's dress and it was IN MY SIZE. I thought it was meant to be! Just to be sure we tried a couple of more shops, but I knew that if I passed this one up I'd really regret it. I returned to 'Brides and More' in Fenton, MI just hours after spotting my dress and brought it home with me that day. (Plus the shop keeper gave me 25% off for buying the floor model, and it was in perfect condition!) Needless to say, my wedding day was magical, and having a no-fuss, perfectly fitting, affordable & GORGEOUS dress was just the icing on the cake!  Thank you Mary's Bridal! Meghan Smith

My husband Brock and I were married August 6,2006. He proposed to me on a sailboat over looking the Chicago skyline at sunset. It was the perfect beginning.
I had to begin my search high and low for the perfect dress.
I knew this was the dress for me the second I put it on. Mary’s really knows how to craft a beautiful, elegant, and practical gown. The pocket is brilliant! After we were married, we spent our night on this sailboat where we were engaged. It was a very magical day, and I cannot thank you enough for making my perfect gown to go with my perfect man.
Sincerely

Dear Mary's Bridal,
I would first like to say, Thank you so much for designing the perfect gown for my special day! My high school sweetheart, Ken and I were joined together in marriage on August 26th 2006 in Culpeper, Virginia. I tried on so many gowns that I lost count, but none of them could compare to this one! Thanks again to everyone at Mary's Bridal for helping to make my wedding day a dream come true!

Sincerely,

My husband Jose & I we got married on November 15, 1997. When my husband propos to me one year before, the next day I hit the stores to find my perfect Weeding Dress. Ever since I was a little girl I knew how I wanted my dress to be. For my surprise, I found a boutique that was 5 minutes from my job, went in and one of the girls that worked there Marsha, started asking me a lot of questions, was my wedding going to be in side or out side weeding, did I like long sleeve or short sleeve, did I liked short or long train. Well to make the story short, she told me to wait a minute that she had my dream dress. Sure enough, she had it. She had my dream dress, the dress that I had always dreamed about, my princess dress. Wow, I almost cried when I saw it and after I tried it on I knew it was a keeper. The best part of the dress was the back, it had a hart shape with pearls the touched gently my back. After that dress I didn't try not even one more dress. This was the first dress that I have ever tried in my life and it was the dress that I wore to get married to my prince. Thank you Mary's for making the most beautiful dress I have ever seen & because of you!! I wore my dream dress.   -----  Maricella 2007

Dear Mary's,
I just wanted to send you an email telling you how wonderful your designs are.
I live in Australia, and when my husband asked me to marry him, I think I was like every woman in the world, I went out and bought every wedding magazine there was, and hunted for the dress of my dreams.  Australia is a hot country and we were due to be married in march, our summer, and I had my vision of my dress, I had pitched it to several different dress makers and they all said that it would be too hard and cost me thousands of dollars.  Of course I did not have that. One day when I had just about given up, I was flicking through an American wedding magazine for reception ideas and there was this amazing dress, it was stunning, I showed it to my family and friends, not my fiancee of course, and they knew I was in love with it.  It was amazing, but then I realized it was an American design, we did not have any distributors here in Australia!!!!!  I was crushed!!!  I decided to see how much it would cost anyway, just out of curiosity, and it was a lot cheaper than some of the very basic dresses that our wedding boutiques were selling over here, so I got on the net and made sure they could do my size, and 4 weeks later after numerous late night phone calls (time difference) and I received a customs notice, I received my dress!!!!  It was everything I had wanted it to be and more.!!!! I am so thankful that I could get it sent from America to here, It was just amazing, I thank you at marys soo very much, you made my day!

Dear Mary's Bridal:

My husband, Sam, and I were married on March 2, 2007 in a beautiful wedding chapel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and I wore style number S075733 from the Fairy Tale Princess collection.  I felt just like a princess!

When I tried on this beautiful gown at the shop, I knew I had to have it.  I couldn't decide if I would use the coral pink bow or the white one, they were both so beautiful.  I decided to go with the white bow and it was gorgeous!  Thank you for giving me that choice.  The wrap and purse were perfect additions to this gown.  I have had so many compliments on this gown.

We plan to re-new our vows sometime in the future, since I want to wear this beautiful dress for a second time and be a princess and marry my handsome prince all over again!

Thank you for making such a gorgeous dress.

Living happily ever after,
Vickie J. Cobb

Dear Mary’s Bridal,

My name is Heather Painter and my husband Christopher and I were engaged on his birthday on March 14th 2005 and married July 2nd 2006. I would like to express my sincere thanks for designing the beautiful dresses we chose for our wedding party. The instant I tried on style #S058507, I knew it was the dress that was going to make my elegant princess bride dream come true! It was only the second dress I tried on and my mother, grandmother and myself all began to cry as I walked out of the fitting room and exclaimed “This is the one.” In fact, I loved my dress so much that we ordered the bridesmaids dresses and flowergirl/minuature bride dress through Mary’s as well to accent my wedding dress beautifully. What really made your dresses stand apart though,. was how the shawl and purse were included with purchase. My bridesmaids and myself appreciated not having to try to find matching purses and we all felt the dresses were very reasonably priced. The retailer we purchased from was very kind, courteous and did everything she could to make the dresses fit each of us perfectly. My husband and I had a truly wonderful, blessed, wedding day and I truly was the princess bride I had always dreamed of being as a little girl. Thank you, and I hope that your dresses continue to make future brides’ weddings as magical and beautiful as ours was...

Christopher and Heather Painter :)

My husband Wyatt and I were married on September 2, 2006.

We were engaged on that day in 2005 and I had bought my dress by the end of the month...so I had to wait for 11 months before I could wear it!

All brides are complimented on their wedding day but the compliments I received were all about my dress!

It fit perfectly, and made me feel beautiful.  The pocket  came in very handy for the ceremony, as well!

Thank you!

My husband and I tied the knot on June 4th of 2005. We had a beautiful summer wedding amongst a small group of family and friends. As soon as we began to plan our wedding, I just knew that I was going to have a Mary's dress.

Ever since I was a teenager I dreamed about having a Mary's dress to wear on my special day. When I began searching for the perfect dress I had absolutely no luck in finding a Mary's bridal gown. After searching for 2 months I settled on a dress that was close to what I was looking for. Two weeks before my wedding I went to the bridal shop for my dress fitting. I remember standing in front of the mirror feeling disappointed. The dress was pretty but just not for me. Something about it did not make me happy.

As I was changing,  my mother came running into the fitting room with a wedding gown in her arms. She searched the racks and found the most beautiful gown ever! And it happened to be a Mary's bridal gown! I tried it on and fell in love. It was perfect.  I changed my gown and I am so happy that I did. I thank my mother for finding the dress. She is my lucky charm.

My husband and I plan on having a religious wedding ceremony on our 5th anniversary. I will be wearing my wedding dress all over again. I truly felt like a princess in it.

 Thank you,
 Vanessa Staggs

I just wanted to thank you for making such a beautiful dress.  When I seen this dress online it took my breath away I knew that this was the dress that I had to have.  I am a mother and grandmother and this is the first time I have worn a wedding dress and it was so worth the wait.  Mary’s you made my day perfect.  I felt like a princess...

My husband and I just renewed our wedding vows this past weekend in celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary.  We renewed our vows at the 2006 Wisconsin Highland Games, and had about 200 kilted guests, including friends, family and lots of people who just came for the Games and came over to join us for the celebration.  I had so many compliments on my dress (style S034814) that I could not count them all!  At least a dozen little girls asked to have their picture taken with "the princess" after the ceremony.

We had a beautiful day, and I confess, I liked my Mary's Bridal dress even better than the dress I wore at our wedding 20 years ago!

Mark your calendar for the 2006 Wisconsin Highland Games September 1, 2 & 3, at the Waukesha County Expo Center

From the day I got engaged, I couldn't wait to find my dress. I immediately went out and bought every bridal magazine in the newsstand. I couldn't find anything I liked so as the magazines came out, I kept looking. Finally I spotted a dress. It was the P.C. Marys Style 5185 from the summer collection. I fell in love. Even with two years to go, I wanted to find this dress, just in case it went out of style by my wedding for 2005.
I went to a local bridal shop which deals with many major companies, and they didn't carry P.C.Marys. I must have cried that whole week.
Browsing other boutiques, no one had P.C.Marys. I thought maybe it was a company out of state.
FINALLY, I found a place, about an hour and a half away from my home that carried P.C.Marys. I was THRILLED. I jumped in my car with my mom by my side, and drove. I brought the picture of "my gown" to the sales woman and she tells me, "Oh, we have that dress in the back, let me go get it." Now I am a Plus size girl, so I was worried it wouldn't fit. She pulls out this dress and I didn't get the same feeling as I did when I saw it in the magazine. I figured it was because I hadn't tried it on.
As I begin to dress, It still doesn't seem right. I wasn't happy with it, It wasn't for me. I stand in the middle of the boutique, in this beautiful gown that costs probably more than my rent and I wasn't happy. As my mother is crying cause her little girl is getting married, I looked down to see the price. There was none, but there was a style number, and it wasn't the one to my gown. At that moment I was relieved. I knew it wasn't my dress from the moment I saw it. So I tell the sales woman and she tells me, well this is close enough. Annoyed at her, I go into the dressing room, put my clothes on, and leave without saying a word.
As I am getting to my car, I begin to cry. I looked up and saw a sign, for another bridal shop around the corner. I get out of my car and start running. My mother thinking I am going crazy, begins running after me. I ask a woman to help me find this dress. She tells me she doesn't have it in stock, but she can ORDER it for me. I fell to the floor. I found it. Not only was this woman whose name I will never forget (Rosemary) the sweetest person I had met, she also gave me a discount on the dress.
Months later, my dress comes in. I try it on and its PERFECT! I felt exactly how I wanted to. Like A Princess.
At a week before my wedding, I picked up my dress. By now, the whole Idea that I was getting married felt surreal. But as long as I had the dress and the man (marriage license too...:) )everything was well in the world.
The day of my wedding is a day I will cherish. Of course things went wrong, nothing will ever go PERFECTLY how you planned, but nothing can ruin your day unless you allow it to.
I put my dress on, grabbed my bouquet, and was ready to go. Not realizing I didn't have my shoes on, I had on sneakers, I began to walk out of my house. My mom once again chasing after me telling me about my shoes, all I could do was laugh. I change my shoes and get into my limo. Off to the church we go.
The rest of the night went smoothly. Right before my first dance, I walked in with my VERY LONG TRAIN and my banquet manager whom was wonderful was able to take my train off in a matter of seconds so that by the time I turned, it was off and I was ready for my first dance.
I got so many compliments on my dress, and that all because of PC Marys.

Thank-you for dressing me for one of the most important days of my life.
Love
Mrs. Alyssa Colon

My name is Princess and I got married on September 20, 2003. It was hard looking for a dress since I am very picky. But after trying out so many dresses I finally found it. I saw it posted on a window of a bridal shop that happened to be jus next door to my work. it was beautiful. I had planned wearing it just as it was on the picture with it's veil, but in my church I wasn't allowed to show any skin. so I had to turn it into a jacket. the dress is beautiful and if you girls want to check it out I really recommend it. my style dress is (S035125) .

THANK YOU MARY'S BRIDAL.

My Name is Gaby Ruiz

My husband Gil and I loved it!

Thank you May’s Bridal

I sent you some photos for you to enjoy, then found that you post stories with photos. Thought I would try to pick some of my favorites and share my story too!

When my future husband, Héctor Colón asked me to marry him last year in June and we set the date for Feb 4 2006, I knew I had my work cut out for me. And of course, first was my dress. I went to several shops and visited hundreds of sights on line, but when I got into Mary's Bridal website, I knew I had found my designer! What beautiful dresses to choose from!

Of course, somehow I decided to set my sights on one of your newest fashions, the cover of your (Winter) 2006 catalogue! Well in July and August of 2005....finding the newest dress locally to try on was next to impossible. Mary's personnel was kind enough to work with me to help me find a local dealer in Florida for me to get to try on the dress.

Finally we found a Tampa bridal shop that was receiving a size 8 (this should be interesting, since I take a size 14!) Needless to say, even with the size 8 on, I knew it was my "WOW" dress! My long time friends, Athena's Bridal in Clearwater, Florida was kind enough to order the dress special for me, and it without a doubt was the centerpiece of our 350 guest, 25 person wedding party, set in an antique Ballroom setting of the Kapok Pavillion in Clearwater.

Our theme for our wedding was "Dreams Do Come True" since this was my first marriage at 43 (and I had given up on ever getting married!) and my husband-to-be was truly my dream come true! As the pieces fell into place, and the setting was truly a fairy tale, my wedding dress from Mary's will forever be the highlight of our wedding.

Thanks for your creative and beautiful designs, that helped make my fairy tale dream come true!

My name is Cristina and we got married in Puerto Rico on February 26, 2006, on a very beautiful Saturday evening.  These are my bridesmaids and they used your dresses.  They looked beautiful, and it made everything look a little bit better on my wedding day.  My husband, Charles,  is from Ohio, and I am from Puerto Rico, so we had a very good mix of cultures in our wedding, which let us had lots of fun.
The dresses are beautiful and cute, thank you for making our day a better one.

Dear Mary's Bridal,

Ever since I was little, I had a vision of my wedding gown.  I wanted it classy and big and poofy like Cinderella.  I wanted something I would remember for the rest of my life. I was very disappointed to find that most of the dresses in bridal shops were nothing I was looking for at all. I can't even believe that some were marketed as bridal gowns!  I wanted to be the most beautiful thing Matt had ever seen on our wedding day.  I didn't feel I could do it in the gowns displayed at the bridal stores. I was overjoyed when I stumbled upon the Mary's Bridal website.  So many dresses, so beautiful.. just the styles I was looking for.  I had 3 dresses selected from the website.  I'd tote those pics around with me to all the bridal stores and was disgusted at the lack of help I received about these dresses.  I took matters into my own hands and went through every dress on every rack in this area.  Then, a miracle after months of searching.  I caught a glimpse of something beautiful.  It was a shoulder strap of something even more beautiful.  How could anyone squish this gown back away from public eye?  I immediately pulled it out!  IT WAS THE ONE!  It was a Mary's!!  #S008204 from the Unspoken Romance Collection!!  It was my favorite one.. it wasn't my size, but I just had to try it on!  With a little assistance, the gown was pulled together so I could "get an idea" of what it would look like on me.  I couldn't breathe.. I couldn't do anything but just stare at my reflection in the mirror.  That evening, I ordered the dress in my size.  I couldn't wait!!

Matthew and I were married at 4pm at the Sanctuary Golf Course in Scottsdale, Arizona.   It was a perfect day.. sunny, 90s, intimate, sunset was beautiful. My mother in law was teary when she saw me in my gown.  That meant the world to me.  Our ceremony was intimate with only our parents as guests.  We had a perfect day.  And many beautiful pictures to show for it.  We danced on the green at sunset.  That detachable train (velcro) came in mighty handy!!  I remember Matt's words at sunset that day, "I will never forget how beautiful you look right now for as long as I live.  I'm so lucky to have you as my wife".  I loved the attention I received in my gown, so I wore it again after our honeymoon for our reception in Indiana.  I could not get enough of those "you look just like Cinderella" comments from the young'ins!!

We are still every much in love.  We have since built our first house and are expecting a baby April 2006.   Thank you Mary's for helping making my dream wedding come true.  I hope that one day our daughter will be fortunate to wear one of your gowns on her wedding day.

 God Bless,
